How can I get a PPM?

 

The PPM is only available through a PPM certified dentist. Dr. Michael Burghardt is a certified PPM Dentist.  If you are a candidate for a PPM, impressions will be taken of your lower and upper teeth, and your optimal bite will be determined.  After it is fabricated in a dental lab, your PPM will be fitted during a second visit to your dentist.
